At KayCup Inspirations, we take great pride in the superior quality and craftsmanship of our drinkware and journals. Our dedication to delivering exceptional products is unwavering, as we endeavor to surpass our esteemed customers’ expectations.

In the event of a return, we accommodate requests for non-customized items within a window of 5 days post-delivery. Eligibility for such returns necessitates that the items remain unaltered, retaining their original condition and housed within their initial packaging. Clients are responsible for the return shipping costs, and the item must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Prior to the return of any merchandise, written authorization from KayCup Inspirations is required. Returns lacking pre-approved consent will regrettably be declined.

For custom-made items, our policy precludes returns due to their bespoke nature, with exceptions made solely for goods presenting with defects or diverging from provided specifications. Under these rare circumstances, we ask customers to promptly contact our customer care team within a 3-day timeframe from the receipt, providing photographic proof of the issue.

Once a return is authorized, the customer should ensure the item is shipped back within 7 days of receiving our written approval. Upon receipt and verification of the item's condition and intact packaging, a refund will be processed, exclusive of the original shipping costs.
